The following plans are taken from "A Treatise of Artillery", Third Edition, 1780 by John Muller.  These plans were used to build the reproduction cannon carriages used by the Pennsylvania State Navy.  The only real difference between the two sets of plans is that where the naval carriage has wooden wheels, the garrison carriage has metal ones.  It can also be noted that the naval carriage has additional lashing rings for securing the gun to the deck.
